BBMP is a pack of municiplity jockers who face election. BDA is babbus who are there for ages and who see the BBMP officials coming and going. Now as a BBMP commisioner you have to establish yourself after election or before and this is a good public gimic. Save us from this political goodwill , god give me some clearance . Why don't they put the plans and approvals online. Provide a simple number that the builders can advertise and buyers can log on to the BBMP site and check. If they want let them charge a nominal amount for such a check (similar to the EC certificate we get-actually even that can online).
